If you need to reschedule your session, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

If you do not attend your scheduled session without notice, this will be treated as a late cancellation and no refund will be provided. In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule your session, you will be offered an alternative time.
